I couldn't resist taking these pics. Most of you know softball is something that I hold dear to my heart. I just don't play anymore. Wish I could. She got this little "Pooh" baseball outfit from her buddy Olivia...So, I broke out my old ball and glove. It was definitely something different for her.
She won't be wearing black and gold making diving catches to win big games for the Lady Pioneers. (Great Memories) BUT, hopefully, she will be making the headlines down the road for those Lady Panthers. That is going to be hard for me to do....cheer for Reitz! I am a "transplant" to the great west side...so, I better start rooting for those Panthers early! Need some getting use to!
****1 year ago yesterday, I was 24 weeks pregnant and had my surgery for my cerclage. I was put on bedrest for the next 12 weeks!!! I can't believe it has been a year since all of that happened!**
Miss Bailey has decided she does NOT want to stand anymore. As of last week. She has pulled up to stand a few times and would stand great for a good while. Now, all she wants to do is strictly crawl. Which is fine...just odd she won't stand. Also, we have tried giving her the cherry puffs for her 1st finger food. She will play with it, then throw it on the floor. She loves them because she will open her mouth like a little bird wanting you to feed her. I hope she breaks out of that habit. We will keep trying. It is just funny because she will put anything and everything in her mouth to chew on. When it is something I want her to put in her mouth....Nope she just won't.
She's really been jabbering a LOT! I am so glad. I thought I talked a lot. :) It is cute because we've been saying "Uh Oh," "Good Girl!" & "Peek a Boo" a bunch with her...repetitively. WE BOTH SWEAR....she has tried to mock us several times on each of these words. Her pitch is similar to ours....for example we heard: "Goo Gir" "Pee a oo" & something that sounded like Uh Oh....How awesome is that!?!?!?! It was funny, when she said it. Keenan and I instantly looked at each other with BIG eyes...saying..."Did you hear what I just heard?" It was awesome.
